An alleged attack by the Saudi-led coalition warplanes targeted Sharis bridge, connecting Hajjah and Amran governorates in Hajjah governorate on September 23, 2015
Several sources on news sites, Twitter, and Facebook claimed that the Saudi-led coalition warplanes targeted Sharis bridge connecting Hajjah and Amran governorates, which according to one of the sources on news sites led to the destruction and cutting of the bridge completely and killing eight civilians. One of the sources on news sites stated that the warplanes targeted the bridge two times before, on different days. The first attack happened on September 15, 2015, which led to the destruction a part of the bridge, killing more than 10 people and injuring 14 others. The second attack happened on September 17, 2015, where the targeting led to the destruction of another part of the bridge, according to the source. Two sources on Twitter and several sources on Facebook published photos of the bridge showing the destruction and the disruption as a result of targeting. Other sources on Twitter claimed that several people from one family were killed as a result of the attack on the bridge, while another source claimed that the number of victims reached 10. Several sources on Facebook claimed that the attack was carried out by three successive airstrikes. A source on Facebook published a photo of two victims who were killed as a result of the attack, according to the source's claim.
